Apps aren't being blocked
Focus2Scroll needs Screen Time access. On iPhone, open Settings → Screen Time and make sure it's on, then open Focus2Scroll and allow access when asked. If you turned it off, Settings → Focus2Scroll will ask again.
The pickup alarm went off but I didn't touch my phone
Put the phone on a flat, steady surface. Vibrations from a laptop, a desk being bumped or a soft surface like a bed can register as a pickup.
Strict mode keeps saying I left
Prop the phone so the front camera sees your head and shoulders, with light on your face. Strict mode checks for a person in the frame, not where you look, so looking down at a notebook is fine.
I paid but don't have access
On the subscription screen, tap Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you subscribed with.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Focus2Scroll → Cancel subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or period ends to avoid the next charge. Deleting the app doesn't cancel it.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I earn scroll minutes?
Start a focus session and put your phone down. When it ends, you earn scroll minutes at your ratio: by default every 10 min of focus earns 2 min of scrolling. Spend them on the apps you blocked whenever you like.
What happens if I pick up my phone during a session?
An alarm goes off and the screen tells you to put the phone down. Set it back within a few seconds and nothing is lost. The first three pickups are warnings; the fourth ends the session without earning.
Which apps can I block?
Any app you choose, picked with your phone's own app picker. Most people start with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and games. Calls always come through, so you can still be reached in an emergency.
What is Strict mode?
An optional mode for when you want proof you stayed. Prop your phone so the front camera sees you; if you leave your desk, an alarm reminds you to come back. Strict sessions earn 1.2× the minutes.
Does the camera record me?
No. Strict mode checks that a person is in the frame a few times a second, entirely on your phone. No photos or video are saved, and nothing from the camera is ever uploaded.
Can I change how many minutes I earn?
Yes. Pick easy (10 min of focus earns 5), balanced (earns 2, the default) or strict (earns 1) in Settings, and set a limit on how many minutes you can save up.

How much does it cost?
Choose a yearly or weekly subscription. The yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial: cancel in your App Store settings before it ends and you won't be charged.
